- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants from federal and private innovation funds
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES 2026)
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging tech ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI prototypes to commercial products
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, climate tech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Federal SBIR/STTR grant procurement experience
- Deep understanding of 2030 tech policy landscape and regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
