Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives in emerging markets and verticals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organization
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences and symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of predicting market trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams across global markets
