Responsibilities
- Design scalable AI/quantum hybrid systems for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen sustainable tech solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI) to create strategic roadmaps
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI collaboration in 2030+ workplaces
- Present futuristic tech visions to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum-encrypted data ecosystems
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof coding methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ years R&D cycles
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Experience with decentralized governance models (DAOs)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 futuristic tech concepts
