Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Proven track record scaling quantum-resistant infrastructure
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Strong background in decentralized systems and Web3 architectures
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) preferred
