Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for the company's product evolution, identifying key technologies to integrate for the 2026 release cycle.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput AI workloads.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) to enhance our product suite.
- Engineering Leadership: Mentor a team of senior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the tuning and optimization of our core algorithms to ensure sub-millisecond latency in critical applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical visions into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in senior architecture roles, specifically within AI or high-frequency trading environments.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust. Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD in a relevant discipline is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in large-scale distributed systems.
- Innovation: A track record of implementing novel solutions and patents in the field of artificial intelligence.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
