Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in adopting emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, spatial web)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with global impact assessment
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of next-gen solutions
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board of directors
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, government, and industry partnerships
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption maturity and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
