Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market readiness
- Develop and implement future-proof technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers to co-develop breakthrough technologies
- Present future tech scenarios to C-suite executives and board members, driving data-backed investment decisions
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem scanning and patent analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven track record of future-tech implementations
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with 5+ year horizons and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong network within global tech innovation hubs (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin, etc.)
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) or relevant futurist credentials
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to diverse stakeholders
