- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business vision
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate tech and human-machine symbiosis
- Mentor a team of 5+ engineers and futurists
- Present findings at global innovation summits and publish thought leadership
- Secure $10M+ in government and private innovation grants
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in futurism or innovation strategy
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE Nature on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Track record of launching commercialized tech with >$50M impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
