- Design innovation frameworks for R&D pipeline prioritization and emerging technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with tech incubators, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Mentor a high-performing innovation team and foster a culture of forward-thinking experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership

- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their enterprise applications
