Responsibilities

- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and strategic adaptation

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 or similar organizations
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
