Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap across product, operations, and sustainability domains
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market shifts to identify first-mover advantages
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate global disruptions and prepare adaptive strategies
- Champion human-centric design principles in all future-facing initiatives
- Partner with innovation labs to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year vision roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through transformational change
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management a plus
