Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems targeting deployment by 2026.
- Design scalable, secure, and robust architectures for large-scale machine learning models.
- Lead high-level strategy and R&D initiatives in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
