Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government or public sector roles
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Knowledge of Arizona state regulations and municipal governance
- Strong written/verbal communication and report-writing skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
