- Support constituent communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate meeting logistics and minute preparation
- Utilize city software systems for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's preferred)
- 2+ years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of public sector procedures
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
