Responsibilities

- Perform high-volume data entry tasks to update internal databases and government records.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for department supervisors.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Ensure compliance with all city, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a government or municipal office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
