Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries

- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and event logistics
- Process routine permits, applications, and administrative forms
- Support data entry and basic report generation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects

Qualifications
