Responsibilities
- Manage departmental correspondence and records using digital filing systems
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with 100% accuracy
- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain executive calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and statistical data for leadership review
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and the public
- Assist with budget tracking and financial documentation
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with government accounting systems or ERP software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if required for travel)
