- Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare official correspondence
- Support data entry and reporting in federal databases
- Respond to inquiries from veterans and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams on projects
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- 1+ years administrative experience in healthcare/federal setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA background clearance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of federal record-keeping standards
