Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and official documents
- Process travel authorizations and expense reimbursements
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support special projects requiring cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of administrative experience in government or public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Active Secret Security clearance or ability to obtain
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
