Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential city records and documents
- Provide exceptional citizen assistance via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage departmental scheduling and calendar coordination
- Prepare accurate reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
