Responsibilities
- Support department operations through document processing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Assist with public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Manage filing systems and ensure compliance with record retention policies
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
