Responsibilities

- Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for senior staff
- Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and statistical data for departmental reviews
- Process financial transactions, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements
- Maintain compliance with public records retention policies and confidentiality protocols

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government record-keeping software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of California public sector HR and procurement regulations
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and security clearance
