Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for senior officials
- Prepare and edit official correspondence, reports, and policy documents
- Oversee procurement processes, contract management, and budget tracking
- Implement records management systems ensuring compliance with federal regulations
- Provide administrative support for cross-functional teams and special projects
- Coordinate with federal agencies on interdepartmental initiatives
- Manage office operations including supplies, facilities, and IT support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in federal or government environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal procurement and records management procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal background clearance
- Experience with federal HR systems (e.g., eOPF, HRConnect)
