Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy using federal systems
- Coordinate with multiple VA departments to resolve beneficiary inquiries
- Maintain secure electronic records in compliance with federal regulations
- Prepare correspondence and reports for senior leadership review
- Support outreach initiatives for veteran community events
- Assist with data entry and quality assurance tasks
- Participate in cross-functional process improvement projects
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with veteran service organizations preferred
- Knowledge of VA benefits systems desirable
- Flexibility to work 20-25 hours/week
