- Manage electronic records using VA systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and scheduling
- Prepare confidential reports and correspondence for leadership review
- Assist veterans with benefit inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with federal guidelines
- Support special projects for veteran outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
