Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential county records with strict adherence to data security protocols
- Process citizen inquiries and administrative requests with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate departmental communications including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Utilize county software systems for payroll processing and budget tracking
- Support public meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, and presentation materials

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in government or regulated industry
