Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for veteran benefit programs
- Process and prioritize incoming requests with 48-hour turnaround
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and documentation
- Utilize VA-specific software for case management and reporting
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for accuracy and compliance

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience in a regulated environment
