Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Manage electronic records using VA systems (VBA, VISTA)
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and veteran advocates
- Prepare correspondence and reports in compliance with federal guidelines
- Assist with outreach events for veteran services
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with federal records management preferred
