Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit claims and supporting documentation with precision
- Manage electronic filing systems and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate scheduling for veteran appointments and meetings
- Respond to inquiries from veterans and their families via phone/email
- Assist with data entry and report generation using VA systems
- Support office operations including supply management and correspondence
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain background clearance
