Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records, correspondence, and documentation systems
- Coordinate public meetings, events, and stakeholder communications
- Process financial transactions and budget tracking
- Support HR functions including onboarding and compliance
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership review
- Maintain digital filing systems and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of administrative or government experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Texas residency required at time of hire
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
