Responsibilities
- Process and maintain official municipal records with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and scheduling
- Manage document compliance with state/federal regulations
- Support budget tracking and expenditure reporting
- Assist constituents with public inquiries and service requests
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and official correspondence
- Implement records management systems per government protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government/public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems
- Knowledge of public records retention laws and procedures
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Experience with municipal budget processes a plus
