Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential beneficiary records with 100% accuracy
- Provide in-person and telephonic support to public inquiries on SSA programs
- Manage office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and document filing
- Utilize federal systems for data entry, report generation, and case tracking
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment inventory, and facility maintenance
- Assist with special projects including outreach events and community presentations
- Ensure compliance with federal privacy and security regulations (HIPAA, FISMA)
Qualifications
