Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential federal documentation with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for department personnel
- Utilize federal databases and systems (e.g., HRMAX, eOPF) for record management
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting under supervisor guidance
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Support compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DHS directives)
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and information flow
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, security-sensitive environment
- Basic knowledge of federal records management practices
