- Train agricultural staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Manage budget allocations for agricultural projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on farming experience
- Valid California Pesticide Applicator License
- US citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
- Proficiency in GIS mapping software
- Knowledge of federal Farm Bill programs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
