Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into core business workflows.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities where AI can drive significant value and ROI.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI practices across all deployed models.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Monitor model performance in production environments and implement robust MLOps pipelines for automated retraining.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning/AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing microservices and cloud-native AI infrastructure using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
