Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning frameworks.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Optimize model inference for edge devices and cloud infrastructure, ensuring low-latency performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices across all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA) and generative AI architectures.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
