Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures for LLMs and autonomous agents, focusing on the specific needs of the 2026 technology landscape.
- Optimize Performance: Spearhead efforts to reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy through advanced optimization techniques and distributed computing.
- Lead R&D: Conduct deep research into novel AI paradigms, including multimodal learning and reinforcement learning, to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience building and deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
