- Develop comprehensive ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional task forces to audit algorithmic bias and societal impact
- Produce forward-looking ethical whitepapers for 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Collaborate with UN bodies and Fortune 100 companies on AI policy development
- Design human-centric AI implementation strategies for healthcare and climate tech
- Train C-suite executives on ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance
- Oversee third-party ethical audits of vendor AI solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with AI specialization
- 8+ years in AI governance, policy development, or tech ethics leadership
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI safety frameworks
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance landscapes
- Proven track record influencing global AI policy through multilateral forums
- Advanced certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or ACM
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI system implementations
