Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving international regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Lead algorithmic audits and bias assessments for large-scale AI deployments across industries
- Design and implement continuous monitoring systems for ethical AI compliance in production environments
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed ethical considerations into AI product roadmaps
- Create training programs for technical teams on responsible AI development practices
- Represent FutureGuard at regulatory hearings and industry ethics summits
- Lead cross-functional task forces responding to emerging ethical dilemmas in AI deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-related role
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes and compliance frameworks
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies for machine learning systems
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Experience with regulatory bodies (FTC, EASA, etc.) and policy development processes
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification, Google Responsible AI) required
