Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in AI ethics frameworks development (e.g., ACM/IEEE guidelines)
- Expertise in predictive technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US proposals)
- Strong background in machine learning system auditing and bias detection
- Experience with futures research techniques (scenario planning, Delphi methods)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
