Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics policies aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop stakeholder engagement frameworks for AI governance across engineering, legal, and public affairs teams
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and contribute to industry standards
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI deployment and monitor compliance through automated governance tools
- Lead incident response protocols for AI-related ethical breaches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology leadership
- Proven expertise in developing bias mitigation frameworks for large-scale ML systems
- Deep understanding of evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Experience publishing thought leadership in AI ethics journals or conferences
- Strong quantitative background in data science or machine learning fundamentals
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, Google ML Ethics)
