Responsibilities

- Monitor global AI policy developments and advise on compliance strategies
- Quantify ethical risks using proprietary assessment methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving frameworks
- Experience with regulatory submissions for high-stakes AI systems
- Strong background in quantitative ethics assessment methodologies
