Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Design ethical review protocols for high-stakes AI deployment scenarios
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical guidelines
- Monitor evolving AI legislation and update compliance strategies quarterly
- Create transparency reports for AI decision-making systems
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in industry forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical domains
- Published research on algorithmic accountability or explainable AI
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Strong understanding of emerging AI risks (deepfakes, autonomous weapons, etc.)
