- Advocate for transparent AI practices and interpretability standards
- Monitor emerging regulations and industry best practices in AI governance
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Document ethical compliance protocols and conduct internal audits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethical tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation for machine learning models
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, DeepMind) preferred
- Experience collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
