Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing bias-mitigation frameworks for quantum-entangled neural networks
- Develop neuro-ethical protocols for brain-computer interfaces using 2026's next-gen neuromodulation tech
- Architect transparent AI governance systems for autonomous decision-making platforms
- Pioneer quantum-resistant encryption methods for ethical AI data pipelines
- Author white papers on AI ethics for IEEE and ACM standards committees
- Mentor junior researchers in applied ethics for machine learning systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field with AI ethics specialization
- 5+ years experience developing ethical frameworks for high-stakes AI systems
- Published research in Nature Machine Intelligence or equivalent tier journal
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 42071 and EU AI Act compliance requirements
- Experience with fMRI data analysis for neuro-ethical validation studies
- Certification in Responsible AI from Partnership on AI or similar organization
