Responsibilities

- Research emerging ethical challenges in quantum-ML integration
- Create transparency reports for AI explainability initiatives
- Advise on policy development for international AI standards
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible AI governance
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Published research on AI ethics or algorithmic transparency
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, AIGP)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in applied philosophy or ethics
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tool development
