Responsibilities

- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI lifecycle management from design to deployment
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Create educational programs for stakeholders on responsible AI adoption
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into development sprints
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in emerging AI technologies (LLMs, generative AI, autonomous systems)
- Proven experience designing bias detection and fairness assessment tools
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals preferred
