Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align diverse perspectives on AI ethics
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies
- Monitor emerging ethical AI regulations and adapt strategies accordingly
- Mentor junior team members on ethical AI principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible tech, or compliance
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Proven experience conducting algorithmic bias assessments
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipelines
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals preferred
