Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI products deployed in regulated industries
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement ethical-by-design principles in ML pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on ethical priorities
- Research emerging regulatory landscapes (2026+ focus) and advise on compliance strategies
- Author thought leadership on responsible AI adoption and governance models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics roles
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tool development
