Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and production-grade AI models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics to stay ahead of industry trends.
- MLOps Optimization: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring frameworks to ensure model reliability and performance in real-world environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, advanced neural networks) and integrate them into our strategic roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Modeling: Proven experience building and fine-tuning large-scale models (LLMs, Transformers, GANs).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering roles.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
